This trip is almost at an end

eeyore_grrlLeft my mom's this afternoon; drove down to my dad's in the rain. tomorrow morning i go to nyc and get on a plane westbound and go HOME!
it's been a long month (the week at home and the three weeks here since finding out about mom's cancer). but the things that were stressy that distant saturday were the RICA (http://www.rica.nesinc.com/) and finding out about mom's cancer.
on the 5th I took mom to her home from a successful surgery and found out I passed the RICA.
