fava beans

i have fava beans. i've never cooked/prepared food with them.. suggestions? (i'm a vegetarian that eats eggs and dairy.)

Sadly I don't have one as I have actually never made it. However, my aunt's husband made a rockin' veggie paella that had fava beans in it. My guess is that you could modify any standard paella recipe to be vegetarian and include the fava beans.
